We are looking for a talented Human Resources Coordinator to join our HR team.
As a Human Resources Coordinator, your daily responsibilities will include:
Provide support for a broad range of HR activities and proceduresSupport HR team in delivery of overall responsibilities, such as with HRIS administration and employment record-keeping/files maintenance, ensuring compliance, data integrity and information securityEnsuring the compliance of mandatory procedures, such as Health & Safety, employees' schedules, annual vacation plan and Labor ContractsEnsuring compliance with Start and Exit processes - Social Security and ACT communicationsConducting audits of HR programs and recommending possible actions to improve existing processesSupports retention initiatives, such as retention meetings with employeesKeep tracker of all causes of employee absenteeism and attritionParticipate and promote company's engagement activities/initiativesTo succeed in the role, you will need to have: Native level of English both verbal and writtenNative level of Portuguese both verbal and writtenAbility to work independently and with a cross-functional teamExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent organization skills and attention to detailExcellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlinesAbility to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environmentProficient with Microsoft OfficeAbility to be flexible, adaptable to change and thrive in a team environmentExtensive knowledge of all human resources functions, including employee relations, compensation, HRIS, benefits, employment laws, and compliance issues, as applied in Portugal - MANDATORYDemonstrated critical thinking, problem-solving, and employee relation abilitiesAbility to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentialityAvailability to work on site from Monday to Friday from 8AM to 6PMAvailability 100% work hybrid mode - 3 days at the office, 2 days from home with requirement to be available to go more days to the office if required by the companyAvailability to work from both our sites in Santos and Sete Rios (rotation shifts)Education and experience Preferable college degree or related work experience3 years' experience in human resources or related fieldCustomer Support Industry experience will be a plusSpecific Requirements (when necessary) Availability to travelRelocation packageCompetitive wagesPaid professional trainingPrivate healthcare & dental insurance (after six months of employment)Growth opportunities through various development programsFun and engaging company-wide initiatives, including our EverBetter wellness programJob stabilityLife-long skills and experienceGo further with FoundeverWe believe in memorable associate experiences.
