The company you're going to work at:
Medical company opening a Shared Services in Lisbon.
Your new role:
This role would be the first HC of the team based in our client´s Global Business Centre (Lisbon) and reports directly to the international Repair and Service Director based in France. You will be responsible for supporting the local technicians remotely from the Repair centres: Canada, UK, Nordic, Spain, France, India and Australia. You´ll have the chance to build the activity in Portugal after a shadowing training in France and help the company to run the activity in Portugal by adding other relevant responsibilities.
Main responsibilities
Deliver effective facilitation for the repairs centers, supporting:
- Creation of the service request (Repair Order) + customer Complaints in Agile;
- Quote and billing if approved Service request;
- Close the Service requests (Repair order);
- Create Warranty orders and Customer complaints;
- Billing Service contracts;
- Consumption and reordering of spare parts (once a week);
- Assignation of the new spare parts for all Distribution orgs;
- Maintenance of spare price lists in different currencies (9 price lists);
- Monitor and report on global vision of service centers activities;
• Administrate and follow up the monthly repair reports from the certified partners;
• Enter the customers complaints for the repairs done externally (certified partners) -
complaint with ISO13485;
• Contact with Global Supply chain, R&D and Quality, local Customer services.
What you need to be successful:
Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field of study;
At least 5 years’ experience in the medical device market and/or aftersales;
Previous professional experience working in a multinational environment;
Experience working with Oracle and Agile (nice to have);
Mandatory: Excellent written and verbal communication in English (additional French or Spanish fluency is a nice to have);
Demonstrated proficiency in administrative in repair and service activities or KPI follow up.
