Reports to: Head of Talent.
As a TA Specialist you will act as a brand ambassador, reflecting the brand ethos through mindful candidate care and thorough screening on soft and hard skills as well as team and brand fit.
The Role
* Coordinate with HRBPs and managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria
* Source applicants through brand’s career page, LinkedIn and referrals
* Create job descriptions and screening questions that reflect the requirements for each position
* Compile lists of most suitable candidates by assessing their CVs, portfolios, and references
* Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline
* Maintain high quality data entry on Taleo to facilitate follow up and GDPR compliance
* Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders
* Advise on and sell the most appropriate solution for attracting candidates and maintaining a candidate database
* Sourcing suitable candidates and briefing them on the opportunities
* Manage the process through the interview to offer stage and beyond, ensuring compliance with internal procedures.
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years in recruitment, fashion retail experience will be a plus.
* Knowledge of applicant tracking systems
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* High level of written and spoken English.
