The Regional Information Security Officer will elevate IQVIA's Cybersecurity Program by unifying global Cyber Security Practices across Business Units.
Key Responsibilities:
* Strategic Leadership: Unify and enhance global Cyber Security practices, ensuring consistent security practices across EMEA Business Units.
* Security Solution Rationalisation: Evaluate, rationalise and optimise Cyber Security technology stack to enhance security, reduce complexity, and ensure alignment with Global Standards and solutions.
* Global Standards Dissemination: Drive the dissemination of IQVIA's global Cyber Security Practices, standards and services across Business units within the EMEA region.
* Operational Excellence: Ensure security processes and tools are operating effectively (ie: access control, Vulnerability Management, Incident Response, etc). Work with Information Security teams to ensure timely resolution of operational issues.
* Metrics & Reporting: Develop and implement meaningful metrics to evaluate and measure Risks for the business units within the EMEA region.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with Global Information Security Team, product teams and business leaders to foster a culture of risk informed decisions and Continuous compliance.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, a related field or equivalent experience.
* Ten years of information security experience with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
* CISSP - Cert Information Systems Security Prof or Certified Information Security Manager or Certified in Risk and Information Security Controls.
* Experience managing Cyber Security in a distributed environment.
* Proven ability to develop and implement security metrics and reporting mechanisms.
* Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders across different levels and functions.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing security issues.
