We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Manager with expertise in Google and Meta Ads to optimize and expand our advertising campaigns. This role requires a combination of technical, analytical, and creative skills to drive traffic, conversions, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
KEY RESPONSABILITIES:
- Design and implement the performance marketing strategy;
- Grow and develop the Performance Team;
- Design, implement, and manage PPC campaigns on Google and Meta platforms;
- Continuously A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and audiences to improve volume/efficiency;
- Monitor and report on KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CPC;
- Collaborate with the content and design teams to develop high-converting ad creatives;
- Analyse customer journey and conversion funnel to recommend strategies for retargeting;
- Proactively identify opportunities for campaign improvements and scalability.
REQUERIMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field;
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads campaigns;
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Ads Editor, Google Analytics;
- Exceptional analytical and data interpretation skills;
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential;
- Strong knowledge of the e-commerce customer journey and sales funnels.
