Pricing and Financial Project Analyst (Cascais - Portugal)
Logoplaste is currently seeking to recruit a Pricing and Financial Project Analyst to integrate the Pricing and Contract Management (PCM) department.
Reporting directly to the VP of Pricing and Contract Management, you will be required to work as an integral part of the team.

Job Summary
The Pricing and Financial Project Analyst performs financial feasibility analysis related to Logoplaste's contracts with customers. Gives support (internally and externally) about the contract pricing. Works with the commercial team, providing data or supporting the negotiation with customers, before, during, and after contract elaboration.
Key tasks & Activities
1. Elaborates financial projects for new contracts or renewal of contracts with customers;
2. Interacts with commercial, technical, and raw material teams for specific inputs and background regarding each project;
3. Calculates pricing using Logoplaste's ratio guidelines and financial methodology;
4. Analyses pricing results and benchmarks with already existing Logoplaste businesses to evaluate pricing range;
5. Presents analysis conclusions to the relevant PCM Manager (or directly to the VP of PCM, when applicable), for validation of approval;
6. Prepares final proposals to be sent to the customer;
7. Reviews proposals upon customer feedback and commercial challenges. Initiates and reviews the financial project cycle, including technical, raw material, and financial inputs;
8. Collects and analyses information from previous years for customer contract renewal. Information includes all historical data, customer reports, and internal profitability;
9. Collects and analyses existing contracts or past proposals for the same customer to new projects;
10. Elaborates simulations of different financial and commercial scenarios;
11. Elaborates feasibility studies for specific internal or external requests;
12. Documents, in a brief description, all project decisions and proposal framework for historical records.
Commercial Support
1. Updates pricing on a regular basis, according to contractual agreements;
2. Calculates reconciliation amounts (volume, bonus/penalties) for accrual posting. Sends information to the Planning & Controlling department;
3. Elaborates simulation impacts, upon request, for scenarios out of scope of contract rules;
4. Participates in customer meetings as support to the commercial team or business review meetings, upon request.
Internal Stakeholders Support
1. Supports day-to-day Pricing and Contract Management (PCM) activities related to price or invoice issues and liaises with internal stakeholders (finance and commercial department);
2. Gathers all relevant contractual information and updates the PCM contractual data repository;
3. Maintains the Database repository each month.
Who we are looking for…
Background and Experience
1. Degree in Finance;
2. 4-6 years of experience in Auditing or Consulting;
3. Previous contact with the Industrial environment.
Technical Skills
1. High Level of Excel knowledge (Mandatory);
2. Availability to travel abroad.
Interpersonal Skills
1. Organization and Analytical skills;
2. Proactive attitude and ability to work with low guidance;
3. Good verbal and written communication skills (also with other departments and external partners);
4. Commitment, Teamwork & Cooperation.
