The CRM BusinessAnalyst will be responsible for the day-to-day activities related toeffectively operating, maintaining and developing CRM related businessprocesses, systems and documenting business requirements. The CRM BusinessAnalyst must be able to communicate equally with business owners, users, and ITprofessionals globally.
This role will serveas champion, problem solver and trainer. Excellent analytical skills and theability to work collaboratively in a team environment are essential, as areoutstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Primary businessinteractions include Software Sales Operations and Enablement Team, GlobalSoftware Sales Team, Key business stakeholders, Corporate CRM Team members,Other CRM vendors and service/solution providers.
Responsibilities
1. Interpretationof data, being able to discuss trends, initiatives, recommendations
2. Ensuredata quality and integrity and perform cleansing of data in close cooperationwith HQ Sales and the Sales Regions.
3. Developand maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights to management,marketing, and different sales regions.
4. Provideanalytical and business support to the other sales operations tools.
5. Communitymanagement and onboarding of new users
6. Documentationand communication of best-practice solutions, processes, and user guidelines
7. Creationand delivery of regular SFDC business process information, trainings andworkshops for HQ and Regional Sales users
8. Interfacingwith the Software Sales Operations and Enablement Team, Global Software SalesTeam and Key business stakeholders to understand CRM requirements, convertingthem into user stories and driving implementation
9. Support ofdevelopment and testing of SFDC enhancements and interfaces and evaluation ofAI technologies
10. Representbusiness in Scoping, Planning, Prioritization in collaboration with CorporateCRM Team.
RequiredKnowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience
11. Undergraduatedegree or comparable, alternative professional commercial education andlong-term related experience
12. Minimum 3years of experience as a Salesforce.com champion, as well as in an agiledevelopment environment using sprints to deliver minimum viable products (MVP)
13. Ability toanalyze business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues and propose effectivesolutions.
14. Solidunderstanding of Software Sales oriented business processes as well as ofbusiness data management, analytics, and modelling
15. Strongknowledge in salesforce.com, MS data analysis tools (Power BI) and MS Office,especially PowerPoint
16. Salesforce.comTraihead Credentials are desired, experience within Siemens is a plus
17. Experiencewith ERP systems such as SAP, experience with CPQ is a plus
18. Analyticalskills and structured work style
