Our client is a renowned player within the Manufacturing industry with a global presence for over a century. They are currently looking for a Regional Category Buyer to join their dynamic team to assist in the business of the company.
Job Description
* Develop and execute regional sourcing strategies for HR services and marketing-related procurement.
* Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts with vendors to ensure favorable terms and conditions.
* Monitor supplier performance and manage vendor performance reviews to ensure quality service delivery.
* Drive cost-saving initiatives and continuous improvement in procurement processes and supplier management.
The Successful Applicant
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
* Proven experience of 5+ years in procurement or category management, preferably within HR services or marketing.
* Good knowledge of sourcing, tendering, supplier management, contract negotiation, and procurement best practices.
* Experience in a MNC working environment or a regional procurement role is a plus.
