The Opportunity
As Head of Innovation at EY Portugal, you will be part of an environment that promotes diversity of opinions and helps in collaboration. Together, we will help our clients drive transformational change by delivering exceptional services.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Create and lead the innovation practice at EY Portugal;
* Define and implement the strategy, vision, and objectives of the innovation practice;
* Lead the innovation practice day-to-day activities, supervising and participating in the creation of world-class experiences that inspire our clients for transformational agendas;
* Guide the co-creation of new solutions with clients & EYers applying innovation methodologies;
* Develop an innovation hub to centralize, structure and create an innovation ecosystem at EY Portugal;
* Identify and develop relationships with potential partners for the innovation practice.
Skills and Attributes for Success
* 10+ years of experience working with innovation and 7+ years of experience in management positions;
* Proven track record on leading innovation initiatives in the past and has a deep understanding of innovation methodologies;
* Strong business acumen and a demonstrated ability to understand and navigate complex business challenges;
* Experience in collaborating and co-creating with clients, industry experts, academia, and other key players in the innovation ecosystem;
* Strong project management skills and a proven ability to successfully execute complex initiatives from conception to completion;
* Leadership and communication skills, being able to manage and coordinate multidisciplinary teams;
* Ability to navigate and facilitate discussions across multiple sectors & business practices;
* Full Portuguese and English proficiency;
* Able to work in Portugal and abroad.
