Sales Manager / New Business Manager (UX/UI)Hey there! We're on the hunt for a New Business/Sales Manager with a focus on digital projects and UX/UI to join our team.
Think of this role as your chance to channel your inner Don Draper —a sharp listener, skilled negotiator, and trusted consultant. You'll be working with inbound leads only (no cold outreach required!).
What makes you a great fit?You understand the digital product lifecycle —from simple landing pages to large-scale platforms.You know why Customer Journey Mapping (CJM) matters and how User Flows drive better experiences.You can quickly assess client needs and recommend the best solutions from the NMX service lineup.You're a strong communicator —able to build trust, articulate ideas clearly, and navigate client conversations with confidence (even when you don't have all the answers).You can plan and coordinate presale activities, set clear tasks, manage timelines, anticipate risks, and adapt to changes—all while keeping an eye on the goal.You've got at least a year of experience as a Sales Manager, Account Manager, or New Business Manager at an agency. Bonus points if you've had experience UX/UI services before.English proficiency at an Intermediate level or higher is a plus—we're actively working with global clients.Most importantly, you're excited to grow in this space and take your skills to the next level.ResponsibilitiesEngage with new clients: lead briefings, identify their needs, introduce them to the agency, and confidently present and defend proposals.Gather estimates, create proposals, and develop presentations.Deliver compelling presentations to clients alongside the team—your persuasion skills matter!Oversee the preparation of project launch documents in collaboration with administrative staff.Foster client relationships through NPS and consulting, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.What We OfferWork format: fully remote.
