About the Role

You will be based remotely in Portugal, supporting our EMEA team across various functions, from sales and digital lab to marketing and education.


Responsibilities

* Evaluate and address clinical inquiries, complaints, and adverse events promptly.
* Provide proactive clinical support for customers, ensuring effective resolution.
* Utilize expertise in clear aligners, brackets, and wires to assist customers in treatment planning.
* Offer guidance on software utilization related to orthodontic treatments.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and product development.


Requirements

* Licensed dentist with a focus on orthodontics.
* Proven experience with clear aligners and proficiency in Damon System (Ultima).
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to address clinical inquiries effectively.
* Excellent communication skills for providing customer support.
* Proactive attitude towards identifying and resolving issues.
