Job Description
Lead assigned telesales campaigns to achieve objectives:
* Identify causes of deviations (database, supplier, script), propose action plans, and follow up with suppliers involved;
* Monitor and provide feedback on campaign results and agent KPIs;
* Report on campaign deviations and improvement actions;
* Monthly estimates of sales, contacts, and ANP for campaigns;
* Implement an agent incentive system and monitor its impact on service improvement;
* Tutor sponsors' visits to platforms;
* Submit customer segments, modeling proposals, and testing;
* Control dialing systems.

Experience managing teams and commercial services in different roles;
