About the Position
Integrated within the Digital Marketing department, you will be an essential part of our team focused on managing the marketing automation platform and leveraging its capabilities to provide a positive customer experience, personalized and empathetic communication, while simultaneously increasing revenue.

Tasks and Responsibilities
• Participate in defining the CRM strategy for the Vista Alegre Group brands across various B2C segments and international markets (Salesforce & Marketing Cloud)
• Plan and implement email marketing and mobile communications.
• Implement automated journeys according to the defined strategy.
• Propose campaigns to achieve KPIs, such as boost cross-selling and up-selling, increase average order value, and fostering customer loyalty.
• Conduct A/B tests.
• Define and implement “zero-party data” and “1st-party data” strategies.
• Analyse customer data and behaviour.
• Segment customers and create data extensions for campaigns.
• KPI analysis and reports.
• Collaborate on implementing new projects in the CRM and Marketing Automation area.
• Support in defining and implementing CX strategy, customer journey, acquisition, retention, and loyalty campaigns across Vista Alegre Group brands.
• Collaborate with IT, communication & design, and e-commerce teams, besides digital marketing team.
Profile
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, Communication, Management, or equivalent.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (at least 2 years).
• Knowledge of other Salesforce clouds (CDP, Sales, Service) is valued.
• Familiarity with AMP script, HTML, and XML is valued.
• Proficiency in data analysis, including Google Analytics, Excel, or equivalent tools.
• Knowledge in building data queries, data attributes, filters, and data segments for use in campaigns and automation journeys is valued.
