Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization: Oversees centralized orderbook management activities for omnichannel demand, ensuring timely and complete delivery through Distribution Centres. The primary objective is to achieve On Time and In Full delivery, aligning supply with priority demand in accordance with company strategy. By driving continuous process improvements, the role enhances efficiency and effectiveness in Orderbook Fulfillment operations.
The TRANS4RM program aims to equip adidas with a future-ready enterprise resource planning (ERP) system with built-in intelligent technologies, including data driven AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics.
The transformation program will orchestrate and drive the organization towards the rollout of the new ERP system – SAP S/4 HANA. The Manager OBM will be responsible for testing, implementing and ensuring the continuous activity without any disruption.
Responsibilities: Coordinate the key users, supporting the senior manager on day-to-day operations/testing.Functional: Perform manual and automated testing to identify defects and issues, including functional testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).Document any defects or issues found during testing and track their resolution.Provide feedback on the system's usability, performance, and functionality. Suggest improvements and enhancements based on user experience and testing outcomes.Assist in training end-users on the new system and provide ongoing support during the testing phase.Verify that the new system integrates seamlessly with existing systems and workflows, testing data flows and interactions between different systems.Create and review user manuals, help guides, and other documentation to ensure accuracy and user-friendliness.Support on any specific process required to enable Trans4rm project.Drive execution of company strategy, focusing on centralizing process execution, governance, and standardization within the functional area.Influence others and gain buy-in for process changes and improvements, even without direct authority.Demonstrate broad and deep conceptual and practical knowledge of the functional area, focusing on process effectiveness and governance.Ensure alignment and harmonization of Order Fulfillment processes across countries, clusters, and Distribution Centers.Key Relationships: Account & Sales Operations, Sales and FinanceOther Supply Chain Management functions (Product Supply, Order Fulfillment, Local Customer Fulfillment, DC Ops etc.)ITDistribution CentersTrans4rm teamKnowledge, Skills and Abilities: Strong service-oriented mindset and a focus on meeting consumer/customer needs in the Supply Chain context.Ability to collaborate effectively as a team player within the operations team and across functional areas.Proficiency in analytical thinking and problem-solving to address complex challenges in Supply Chain operations.Understanding of cost considerations and their impact on sales generation within the Supply Chain process.Autonomous and independent working style.Experience in working under pressure to meet deadlines and conflicting priorities.Comfort with learning and utilizing internal systems and software applications specific to Supply Chain management.Advanced working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).Intermediate level of familiarity with SAP-AFS (SD module).Experience and proficiency in testing environments is a plus.Fluency in English; proficiency in an additional language is advantageous in a Global Supply Chain environment.Requisite Education and Experience/Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in management or other relevant areas, with specialization in Commercial management and/or Industry is a plus.7+ years of experience in providing Supply Chain management support in the field of operations, fulfillment or logistics, preferably in the Accessories, Apparel or Footwear industries.Experience in People Management is valued.AT ADIDAS WE HAVE A WINNING CULTURE.
