We are seeking a proactive and organized HR & Admin Officer to join the team.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing various HR and administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of our startup company.
Develop and coordinate recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.Assist in onboarding new employees, including preparing documentation, conducting orientation sessions, and facilitating training programs.Maintain employee records, including personnel files, attendance records, and performance evaluations, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks, and serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries.Manage office facilities and supplies, including ordering office equipment, maintaining inventory, and liaising with vendors and service providers.Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and employee engagement activities to foster a positive work culture.Provide administrative support to the management team, including scheduling appointments, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws, regulations, and company policies, and assist in drafting and updating HR policies and procedures.
