Group FP&A Business Analyst
The purpose of this role is to support the Group financial planning and reporting.
What will you do?
1. Develop and maintain advanced, dynamic Excel-based reporting templates and financial models to support the entire FP&A reporting cycle.
2. Ensure data integrity by performing controls and reconciliations across multiple Group Systems, delivering accurate and reliable financial information to key stakeholders, including the Sodexo Leadership Team and Board of Directors.
3. Conduct insightful financial and business performance analysis, respond to ad-hoc requests, and contribute to key department deliverables throughout the reporting cycle.
4. Provide support and guidance to the organization (Regions, Countries, Clusters, Functions) on financial, technical, and process-related inquiries related to financial reporting.
5. Support system enhancements by designing, testing, and implementing improvements in collaboration with Group Controlling and the Group finance community.
6. Support the implementation and updates of Group performance indicators and reporting requirements, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders.
What you'll need to succeed?
1. Solid educational background (Master’s degree) in Finance, Analytics, and Data Reporting.
2. 3 years’ experience, preferably in FP&A.
3. Strong interest in financial systems, reporting, and modelling: creating complex reports, reconciliations, new reporting models, and automation.
4. Proficiency in financial statement analysis and interpretation.
5. Ability to sustain high accuracy and attention to detail with problem-solving and analytical skills.
6. Advanced skills in Excel. Experience with Essbase, HFM, Tagetik, and Power BI is preferred.
7. Strong organizational skills with the ability to drive initiatives and collaborate across teams.
8. Rigor, reliability, and consistency in your work.
9. Highly self-motivated, with strong time management skills and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities, manage ad-hoc requests, and tackle complex challenges under tight deadlines.
10. Ability to work diligently and effectively with all levels within the organization.
11. Clear and concise communication skills in a highly multicultural environment.
12. Proactive, resourceful, and a critical thinker, with humble confidence to ask questions when needed.
13. Fluency in English required.
