Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce the opening for a Dutch Speaking Consultant in our Online Ticketing & Event Services Department. This role is pivotal in assisting our clients with their ticketing solutions and event planning needs. As a consultant, you will provide tailored consultation and support to ensure clients can effectively use our platforms for successful events. Your responsibilities will include guiding clients through the ticket sales process, addressing inquiries, and helping them implement strategies that enhance attendee experiences. Responsibilities
* Provide expert consultation to Dutch-speaking clients on ticketing and event services.
* Assist clients in setting up and managing ticket sales for a variety of events.
* Address client inquiries related to ticketing processes, event logistics, and platform usage.
* Deliver training sessions for clients to maximize the use of our ticketing platform and tools.
* Analyze ticket sales data to offer insights and recommendations for improved event success.
* Work collaboratively with event organizers to ensure exceptional operational support.
* Capture client feedback to enhance service offerings and support continuous improvement.
* Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
* Experience in customer service or consulting roles, preferably in the events or ticketing sector.
* Strong understanding of online ticketing platforms and event management best practices.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills tailored to client engagement.
* Analytical mindset with the capability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
* Familiarity with software tools related to ticketing and event management is beneficial.
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and tasks.
* Flexibility to work additional hours as required to accommodate event schedules.
