Job Title: Financial Services - Resolution Hub Team
Description:
At FedEx, we are seeking a talented individual to join our Resolution Hub Team as a Financial Services professional. This role is responsible for executing complex transactions for NFC customers not supported by BPO providers, providing guidance to BPO providers on issue resolution, and developing mitigation plans for identified issues.
Key responsibilities include:
* Executing complex transactions for NFC customers not supported by BPO providers
* Providing guidance to BPO providers on issue resolution to facilitate transaction execution
* Developing and communicating mitigation plans for issues identified
* Providing escalations that need immediate end-to-end resolution and feedback to customers and internal stakeholders
* Assisting in legal case support to ensure ability to minimize penalties and decreased customer experience
* Supporting sales in escalations where business is at risk
* Providing support to sales on any questions that may arise when a customer is activated
* Providing input on policy modifications/enhancements
* Example Level 4 activities from the existing RACI the Resolution Hub Team would be responsible for include, but are not limited to the following:
* Provide support in specific areas raised by SHS/BPO on regional/local specific
* Enhanced BP support - for handling escalations from BPO/Sales/BP Support customers to resolve STC related issues
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A background in finance is advantageous
* Experience with Excel (Mandatory)
* Ability to read, write and communicate in English in a business environment setting. Other desired languages are German, Dutch, Italian, Spanish (B2 Level)
* Ability to pay close attention to detail
* High degree of customer orientation
* Good problem-solving and analytical skills
* Keen to learn and approach subjects outside of comfort zone and propose suggestions for improvement
* Experience working with third-party auditors/customer portals (Plus)
* Experience in an international environment or similar (Plus)
