Let's take a look at the profile we are looking for: Ambitious people with a passion for this area;Degree or/and Master in Design, Multimedia or similar areas;Minimum 5-6 years of experience in similar roles;Passion for interacting with human-centered design;Strong sense of visual and aesthetic;Solid knowledge of prototyping tools, such as Figma;Solid knowledge of Adobe CS;Interest in UX Research Experience working in Agile methodologies will be valued;Knowledge of standards and best practices for iOS, Android and Web;A portfolio demonstrating your work and capability to inspire others;Creativity, thinking outside the box, adaptability and multitasking will be a must have;Written and verbal communication skills (Portuguese and English);Ability to work effectively and manage deadlines;Sense of responsibility, commitment and integrity;Focus on innovation, dynamism, autonomy and teamwork.Main Responsibilities Articulate design decisions and communicate them to product, business and technology leaders;Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the design process;Create UX/UI deliverables, such as user flows, wireframes, prototypes and detailed visual designs;Conduct research activities with users, such as interviews and usability tests;Analyze research data and use them to create user flows and customer journey maps;Organize and present research findings and insights to colleagues and stakeholders;Integrate research findings into design solutions;Document design guidelines and actively share knowledge on how to use the design system;Craft digital experiences in low and high-fidelity for web responsive and mobile native apps.What can you expect?
