You will be the architect of Amgen's event technology landscape and roadmap, driving efficiency and performance through automation, AI, and data-driven insights.
You'll manage Amgen's Meeting Technologies, lead integrations, streamline processes, and work to optimize performance and customer satisfaction.
This is a fast-paced role for a passionate tech leader who thrives on collaboration, innovation and has an interest in the meetings industry.AccountabilitiesRole will own Amgen's Meeting Technology tools, manage Amgen Meetings Data Analytics and Spend Reporting and manage automation tools for GMM.Objective: Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence for Amgen's Global Meeting Management (GMM) program through technology leadership, data-driven decision making, and process optimization.Championing Technology Leadership: Manage Cvent, drive automation initiatives, and ensure seamless data exchange between connected systems.Empowering Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage analytics to enhance the GMM program, generate reports, and guide functional stakeholders (USBO, R&D, Finance, etc.)
