Non-CA Pay Range (Annual): $100,800.00 - $187,200.00
At Infinera, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. Your actual base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. This role may be eligible for equity grants, discretionary bonuses, or commission payments. The amount of these incentives is based on the terms of the Company’s incentive plans, the Company’s financial performance, and/or individual employee job performance.

Responsibilities:
1. Partner / collaborate with other groups, including Engineering, PLM, Sales, Customers, and Partners.
2. Define, architect, and lead/build the development of AI / ML-based solutions that will drive value-added features to our Enterprise, Service Provider, and hyperscale customers, including internal teams.
3. Focus on algorithms, models, and solutions for large data sets, enabling intelligent, automated applications and platform development.
4. Define solutions via pseudo-code or proof of concept coding.
Technical Skills:
1. Machine Learning Algorithms and Techniques: Supervised, Unsupervised, and reinforced learning algorithms.
2. Deep Learning Architectures: CNNs, RNNs, GANs, and transformers.
3. Programming languages: Python, Java, Go, R, etc.
4. SW architecture development practices.
5. Frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, and other frameworks.
6. Data manipulating libraries: NumPy, pandas, SciPy, etc.
7. Data analysis and visualization tools.
8. Solid foundation in statistical and mathematical analysis.
9. Big Data Technologies: Hadoop, Spark, etc.
10. Experience with cloud platforms both from deploying and managing in public and private clouds as well as utilizing AI cloud services.
Soft Skills:
