What you'll do: Provide remote support to the Global Purchasing Manager and Corporate Procurement Team.Administer SAP PO (Purchasing Orders) processes (PO creation and adjustment, GRs and SES creation, invoice reviews, and linkage with POs).Analyze problems, determine the approach, compile and analyze data, and prepare reports/recommendations.Communicate with company personnel at all organizational levels to gather information, complete SAP P2P processes, and prepare reports.Handle work of a critical or confidential nature.The day-to-day: Provide direct support to the Manager.Provide administrative support by handling incoming emails from the business and finance requests.Create and process purchase orders in SAP.Reconcile planned and unplanned invoices.Prepare monthly reports as required.What you'll need: Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.What will help you on the job: Experience with SAP.Seniority levelInternshipEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionAdministrative
