Unilabs is seeking a highly experienced and motivated individual to join our team as the Head of Safety, Health, Environment, Social Governance (SHE-SG). As the Head of SHE-SG, you will take a leadership role in ensuring the highest standards of safety, health, environment, and social responsibility across our organization.
Responsibilities include developing and implementing comprehensive SHE-SG policies, programs, and initiatives that align with local regulations and meet international best practices. You will lead a team of professionals and work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to develop and promote a strong safety culture and sustainable practices.

* Develop and manage the implementation of the SHE-SG strategy, policies, and procedures across the organization.
* Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and international standards related to safety, health, environment, and social responsibility.
* Lead and mentor a team of SHE-SG professionals, providing guidance and support in their day-to-day activities.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SHE-SG requirements into business processes and operations.
* Identify and assess potential risks and hazards, and develop appropriate preventive measures and mitigation strategies.
* Develop and implement training programs to raise awareness and enhance the competencies of employees regarding SHE-SG practices.
* Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to SHE-SG, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
* Establish and maintain effective relationships with external stakeholders, such as government agencies, industry associations, and community groups.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging regulations, and best practices in SHE-SG, and provide recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Safety, Health, Environment, Sustainability, or a related field.
* Minimum of 10 years of experience in SHE-SG management, preferably in a multinational organization.
* In-depth knowledge of international SHE-SG regulations, standards, and best practices.
* Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing SHE-SG strategies and initiatives.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
* Ability to think strategically and analytically, and to solve complex problems.
* Experience in driving cultural change and developing a strong safety and sustainability culture.
* Professional certifications in SHE-SG (e.g., NEBOSH, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) are highly desirable.
* Fluency in English is required, additional languages are a plus.
* Willingness to travel as needed.
