Job Description:
A leading company specializing in technological solutions is seeking a Payroll Specialist for temporary HR team reinforcement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Pursue accurate and compliant payroll processing across EMEA countries.
* Maintain adherence to local payroll regulations, tax laws, and labor requirements.
* Address employee payroll queries and resolve discrepancies.
* Manage and optimize HRIS (SuccessFactors) data accuracy.
* Oversee attendance and time-tracking systems, ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
* Generate and analyze HR reports.
* Report payroll masters to Finance.
* Ensure accurate record-keeping for internal and external audits.
* Manage all HR-related documents, including contract documents.
* Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
Requirements:
* Degree in Human Resources or related fields.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Operations, Payroll, or Compensation & Benefits Roles.
* Experience with HRIS (SuccessFactors).
* Strong Excel and HR analytics skills.
* English language proficiency at B1/B2 level.
* Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit.
* Resilience, methodical approach, and attention to detail.
