At DXC Spain we are looking for a ServiceNow Service Delivery Manager or Project Manager to join our great team of ServiceNow .
Requirements: Experience as ServiceNow and Project / Service Management.Spanish native and English C1 (fluent speaking).Nice to have:ServiceNow ITSM and platform experienceServiceNow Certified System Administration certificationITIL v3 or v4PMPPrinceScrumBachelor's degree in computer science or Telecommunications or equivalentMaster's degree in computer science or Telecommunications or equivalentTasks : SDM/PM profile needed to support with the management of a very big team (85) from a platinum account.
A strong strategic profile is needed to manage the client relationship, but also to lead the team and the internal operation staff needed for assuring we're achieving expected results.
Skills needed: ITIL, Senior resource with previous experience managing teams and good communication skills.
This profile will also help on estimations for new projects so to add more revenue to the account and therefore more benefits to DXC.
