As part of Flutter Entertainment, they play an essential role in the Group's goal of becoming the global leader in online sports betting and iGaming, developing innovative products and platforms for over 14 million monthly customers worldwide.The role:As the Senior Engineer of the Identity and Access Management team, you will be the technical expert responsible for supporting the Team Lead and other team members to provide IAM services using the SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) platform.
You will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective management of user identities and access rights across the organization.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Identity and Access Management Security.The successful candidate should expect occasional international travel to other Flutter UK&I offices, which include Dublin, Cluj, Leeds, London, and Porto.Key Responsibilities:Investigate and resolve complex technical issues related to SailPoint IIQ implementation and integration.Perform root cause analysis of system failures or security incidents and implement corrective measures.Collaborate with vendors and support teams to solve/escalate issues on time.Design, configure, and customize SailPoint IIQ to meet complex business requirements.Lead the technical direction of IAM service, both projects and operational needs.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather IAM requirements and translate them into scalable and secure solutions.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members on SailPoint IIQ implementation and troubleshooting, as well as mentor junior developers.Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations, customizations, and procedures.Your Qualifications – Must Have- Possess a deep understanding of SailPoint IIQ and its functionality:- Application onboarding; - Joiner, Mover, and Leaver process; - Scheduled recertification of applications; - Correlation andaggregation remediation; - Orphan management
