Sales Specialist Role
We are seeking a proactive, ambitious and dynamic individual to join our team as Business Developer for Host Wise.
* Utilize Pipedrive CRM to control and track sales processes.
* Qualify leads through phone calls and prioritize deals within Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
* Re-engage and convert lost deals from the pipeline.
* Develop strategic partnerships to increase networking opportunities.
* Conduct online and local scouting activities, focusing on outbound sales and cold calling.
* Maintain a close working relationship with the marketing department for better lead generation.
* Analyze and improve sales funnels and processes to increase conversion rates.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of sales experience with proven results and leadership skills.
* Experience using a CRM, preferably Pipedrive.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, fluent in English.
* Ability to make mass calls and continuously communicate with leads.
* Strong analytical skills to track results and improve processes.
* Talent, motivation, and resilience to drive growth and innovation.
* Ability to implement and lead improvement projects.
