Product Designers at Anchorage Digital develop a deep understanding of the products we build and the problems we solve in order to create new patterns that meld traditional financial workflows with the world of crypto.
As a Member of Product Design for Core Experience & Transparency, you will design secure, compliant, and user-friendly workflows for identity verification, regulatory screening, onboarding, and administrative flows. You'll focus on creating intuitive and scalable solutions that integrate seamlessly within Anchorage's ecosystem, ensuring both regulatory and operational efficiency.
Technical Skills:
* Pair with Product and Engineering to do research and engage with customers, exploring a broad range of solutions, concepts, and detailed designs and narrowing down to the best solution using strong rationale.
* Anticipate gaps and opportunities in customer understanding that drive real business impact and think strategically about long-term decisions.
* Proficient with sketching, flow diagrams, interface design tools, and prototyping tools.
* Design connected, holistic, and modular systems that help us move faster in the future.
Complexity and Impact of Work:
* Lead large, strategic, and complex projects or processes, or open-ended and ambiguous problems that peers, technical leads, and managers agree are significantly challenging or have a clear impact on the success of Anchorage.
* Break down complex projects into simple initiatives and processes that can be effectively built and maintained by the team.
* Understand how their product impacts other products and departments, driving alignment with the broader Product, Design, and Engineering team.
* Impact business direction through the development and design of innovative services or products.
Organizational Knowledge:
* Collaborate with multiple layers of stakeholders to turn the team strategy into a product vision.
* Promote a shared understanding of the needs of Anchorage and strategic direction to rally teams.
Communication and Influence:
* Communicate complex issues clearly and credibly across a wide range of audiences.
* Demonstrate highly effective communication skills. Write and present concisely and clearly, using storytelling to engage.
You may be a fit for this role if you have:
* 5+ years of experience in designing world-class complex enterprise products.
* Experience building scalable systems and core product functionalities.
* Ability to take ownership of the design process and articulate design decisions that deliver both user and business value.
* Deep understanding of how to create usable, accessible modular designs that can scale.
* Excellent communication and proven ability to lead in cross-functional environments.
* A compelling portfolio of work that demonstrates high-quality design work.
Although not a requirement, bonus points if:
* You have experience building financial or crypto products.
* You have experience working in highly regulated industries.
* You are skilled in designing compliance solutions for B2B environments.
