About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Agent to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients and their customers.
Responsibilities:
* Provide timely and effective support to clients via phone and email regarding product or service inquiries.
* Resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
* Maintain clear and concise communication with clients to ensure their needs are met.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
Requirements:
* You are a native Dutch speaker.
* You have a business proficiency level of English.
* You are eager to work in an international environment.
* You possess excellent communication and listening skills.
* You are a team player and willing to work with individuals from diverse nationalities.
What We Offer:
* A long-term fixed-term contract, renewable annually.
* A full-time schedule (40 hours/week), Monday to Friday, with flexible hours between 7am-10pm.
* Competitive salary package: €1040 gross/month (including free accommodation) or €1298 gross/month (excluding accommodation).
* Reimbursement of initial flight expenses after 3 months.
