Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Reseller Trade Marketing Manager role at our Lisbon office in Portugal, within our EMEA Global Consumer Distribution (GCD) Team.
We are looking for an experienced marketer to partner with our most important strategic accounts in Benelux, Scandinavia, Italy and Poland via our distributor, Ingram Micro. In this role, you will be accountable for developing and executing marketing strategy within the reseller channel, in partnership with the distributor, to achieve marketing goals and business results. You will partner with many cross functional teams across Bose including our sales organization, omnichannel marketing team, experience marketing team, consumer insights team and partnerships teams. You will work closely with the accounts managers to unlock growth opportunities and build marketing plans with our partners. You will play a critical role in championing our reseller partners within Bose and driving consideration and conversion of Bose at our reseller partners.
What We Want You To Do
MARKETING STRATEGY AND EXECUTION:
1. Owns all aspects of developing a data-driven marketing strategy and execution for specified resellers.
2. Build annual marketing plans and ensure our investments and execution contribute to delivering at or better than targeted sell thru results & aligns to our overall strategic objectives.
3. Drives integration across all necessary touchpoints internally to ensure reseller marketing plans are both aligned to the top-level strategy and integrated with other marketing functions to ensure best possible outcomes.
4. Ensures a shopper first focus and champions the category at the reseller through thought leadership within commercial plans and processes.
5. Accountable for marketing budget spend, maintaining and delivering performance metrics on investments.
6. Partners with Global Omnichannel team to inform and develop best in class content and experiences at reseller.
7. Works with the partnerships team to drive co-marketing opportunities executed at the reseller.
RESELLER TEAM PARTNERSHIP
8. Owns relationship with marketing at reseller and the marketing/sales relationship internally.
9. Responsible for building and maintaining a strong partnership internally and externally which drives mutually beneficial results.
10. Responsible for representing Marketing’s interest during annual/ quarterly negotiations and planning cycles.
INSIGHTS, DATA, & ANALYTICS
11. Drives a solid and structured communication plan with our resellers, sharing details to excite and drive engagement.
12. Identifies opportunity and drives progress in reseller data maturity and execution.
13. Utilize past performance, consumer insights and competitive intelligence to ensure strategies deliver maximum return on marketing investment.
14. Define, monitor, and improve performance and measurement approach of digital gold-standard visibility and conversion tactics – SEO, paid search, reseller media network performance, reviews, content health score, sell-through, etc.

20. You have experience working with cross-functional teams and alongside a sales organization.
21. You have a bachelor’s degree in marketing and/or business management or similar.
22. You can work out of our Lisbon office with some required business travel within region.
23. You are fluent in English.
