Finance & Accounting Specialist (Onsite-BGC)
* Provide core finance and accounting services including month-end close processes and reconciliation activities.
* Processing transactions, issuing checks, handling online banking responsibilities, and updating ledgers.
* Filing and making payments to Government Regulatory Bodies such as BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, and PAGIBIG.
* Assisting with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies.
* Performing basic office tasks, such as filing and data entry.
* Enable process improvement opportunities and projects by understanding the end-to-end processes and bringing your insights and ideas forward.
* Providing support to the Accounting Department and across other departments.
* Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities. Must have high attention to detail and be highly organized. Proven ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
* Complete all other tasks that are deemed appropriate for your role and assigned by your immediate supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
* Bachelor’s Degree majoring in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related courses.
* At least 5 years of demonstrated experience and background in Finance, Accounting.
* Effective communicator and able to build relationships with various stakeholders and teams.
* Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Innovative and has a passion for learning digital tools and technologies.
* Experience and knowledge in digital tools and other technology systems is an advantage.
* High proficiency level in G-Suite and MS Office (Excel, PPT, etc.).
* Attention to detail and accuracy.
* Maintain flexibility to take on additional responsibilities, as needed.
