This team ensures that all discount conditions are maintained accurately in SAP and communicates data and process requirements when required.
The team assists in systems or process initiatives relating to discount conditions as well as performing ad hoc analysis.Key Responsibilities:Ensure accurate maintenance and updates of trade terms information in SAPMaintain information to On-Invoice and Off-invoice discountsEnsure accurate information on the orderbookContribute to resolution of queries related to missing or inaccurate dataContinuously offer ideas and solutions on how to improve daily processes, tasks and procedures for increased efficiency or better service for all stakeholdersAssist in systems or process initiatives relating to discount conditions, flow of information, or various ad hoc analyses that ariseAssist in setting up new communication tools and process documentationManage the relationships within customer service and sales as well as other stakeholders in the businessIdentify the improvement opportunities and support their implementationSupport ongoing projects for the implementation of technology solutionsAct as the first point of contact for the process related issues and escalationsAct as the backup for the Team Leader
