Job Description
Main Activities:
1. Implementing buy and sell trades operated by the Front Office, including analysis of legal documentations of underlying financing operations and production of necessary Transfer documents (e.g. trade confirmation, pricing letters, transfer certificates...);
2. FOLLOWING UP THE BUY/SELL PROCESS: COMPLIANCE CONTROLS, LOAN AMOUNTS AND FEES COMPUTATION, WAIVER ANALYSIS, ORIGINAL DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT, RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT WITH CLIENTS;
3. Recording trades in Natixis' loan management tool, managing cashflows and monitoring cashbreaks;
4. Ensuring day-to-day relationship with clients, Front Office, and internal teams;
5. Investigating and managing queries.
Key Requirements:
* Master's degree in Economics, Management, or Law;
* Experience in Financing Operations;
* Experience in Banking environment;
* Experience in Capital Markets Post-trade;
* Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (advanced);
* Knowledge of LoanIQ (preferred);
* Payments (preferred);
* Accounting (notions);
* Intermediate French (nice to have).
