SAP Payroll Lead

We are seeking an experienced SAP Payroll Senior Manager to be a part of our SAP EMEA expert team. To ensure success, you should have extensive knowledge of payroll business processes and SAP HCM payroll and SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP), IT ecosystem and the ability to advise on payroll strategies and roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:
4. Define and prepare our Payroll go-to-market (GTM) approach across Europe
5. Lead sales opportunities where there is payroll in scope
6. Collaborate with our established partner- SAP to identify joint opportunities and grow our payroll portfolio
7. Work with multiple countries to build internal skills for handling new work related to payroll
8. Coordinate training programs to upskill colleagues with SAP HCM Skills to EC Payroll or any other relevant product/platform
9. Coach and guide colleagues across Europe for any payroll projects
10. Firefight any escalations for ongoing payroll projects across Europe
Job Qualifications:
11. Experience in SAP HCM Payroll as well as SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
12. Basic understanding of payroll data model and integration with core HR
13. Extensive knowledge of the payroll processes, function including preparation, balancing, internal control, and payroll taxes
14. Good understanding of Europe context and cultural differences
15. Up to date knowledge of SAP systems, deployment, and integration
16. Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills
17. Superb analytical and problem-solving abilities
18. Excellent organizational and time-management skills
19. Proficiency in English, and knowledge of other European languages would be an asset
