Job Title: Arabic Customer Support Agent

We are seeking a passionate customer support agent to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a key member of our global client's support team, you will be working with prestigious worldwide brands and providing exceptional service to customers.
Your Role as a Customer Support Agent:
* Answer inbound calls and customer inquiries.
* Provide support and direction to customers and resolve customer service issues in a timely and empathetic manner.
* Maintain accurate data input of consumer inquiries, questions, and feedback on the customer services database.
* Troubleshoot using open questions, support documents, and system training.
* Offer recommendations to common problems or frequently asked questions.
Requirements:
* Fluency in Arabic (C1/C2 Level or Native).
* Good knowledge of English (B2 level).
* Typing Speed: 25 words per minute.
* Availability to work in rotating shifts.
* Previous experience or contact with clients is an advantage.
* Good listening and empathy skills.
* Team spirit and flexibility.
