Job Title: Social Media Manager
We are seeking a skilled Social Media Manager to join our team at RISK inc, an international iGaming company specializing in identifying and fostering the growth of high-potential entertainment markets.
With 500+ professionals in 20+ locations, we operate in 10 countries, serving over 300,000 customers. Our global-scale operations are based on strong internal expertise, analytics, and data research. We have expertise in iGaming operations (sports betting, online casino), digital and affiliate marketing, tech solutions, and data analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage general brand social networks, including planning, content creation, and submission of region-specific content to related departments.
* Conduct advertising campaigns, selecting public pages for advertising, coordinating, moderating, and accounting for campaign performance.
* Meet set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for engagement rates and average revenue per user.
* Develop and execute activations and raffles to engage with our audience.
* Coordinate work with media assets, such as ambassadors and streamers, to promote our brand.
* Train and mentor young specialists in social media management.
* Create a social media strategy for the poker direction, focusing on engaging content and community growth.
* Plan, write, and post content on Telegram, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
* Generate ideas and implement contests, giveaways, and other interactive experiences.
* Collaborate closely with site editorial teams and the creative department.
* Communicate effectively with brand ambassadors and streamers.
Qualifications:
* Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
* 2-3+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in the iGaming or entertainment sector.
* Strong skills in crafting engaging content tailored for various platforms.
* Ability to analyze performance metrics and adapt strategies to achieve KPIs effectively.
* Experience in planning and executing advertising campaigns, with a focus on community engagement and growth.
* Excellent collaboration skills to work closely with cross-functional teams.
* Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with internal stakeholders.
* Passion for generating new ideas, contests, and activations that resonate with the audience.
* Ability to stay updated on social media trends and implement best practices.
