Position Summary
We are seeking a CRM Email Specialist.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing engaging email campaigns, with a focus on customer retention and acquisition.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing our CRM platform, crafting compelling email strategies, and continually optimizing performance through data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities
* CRM Management:
Oversee the daily operation of our CRM system, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
Segment and maintain email lists to deliver targeted, personalized campaigns.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to update customer records and automate workflows.
* Email Campaigns:
Plan, design, and execute email campaigns that support lead generation, nurture sequences, and customer retention.
Develop A/B tests to optimize email subject lines, messaging, layouts, and calls-to-action.
Schedule and manage email send times, ensuring flawless campaign execution and on-time delivery.
* Content Development & Copywriting:
Collaborate with content writers and graphic designers to create impactful, on-brand email templates.
Craft compelling email copy that aligns with business goals and resonates with target audiences.
* Data Analysis & Reporting:
Monitor and analyze key email metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and unsubscribe rates).
Generate regular performance reports and deliver insights on campaign effectiveness to key stakeholders.
Use data to recommend improvements, test new approaches, and enhance overall CRM and email strategies.
* Compliance & Best Practices:
Stay up to date on email best practices, industry trends, and privacy legislation (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
Ensure that all email campaigns comply with relevant regulations and maintain a positive sender reputation.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, or a related field.
* 2+ years of experience in emailing, CRM management, or a related role.
* Proficiency with CRM/email platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp).
* Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills; copywriting experience is a plus.
* Understanding of email deliverability, segmentation, automation, and personalization tactics.
* Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple projects concurrently.
* Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template edits is a plus.
