Family Description
Customer Services (CS) covers customer service in different areas such as technical support, account support, operations, maintenance, network design / deployment / integration / transformation, and education. Generates revenue and increases customer satisfaction through planning, designing, deploying, integrating, optimizing, operating, and maintaining phases.
Subfamily Description
NW Design & Optimisation (NWD) comprises the planning and/or managing the planning of communications networks for customers. Covers consultation of customers on communication network performance. Contains optimization and/or managing the optimization of customer networks. Covers the execution of end-to-end design-related activities (address surveys, site surveys, design and as-built) for deployment projects.
How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn
iDCM / ACFE Front End adaptation:
1. Inter release Matrices/templates adaptations (new range, new default value, new parameters, etc)
2. New HW conf description & validation
3. Implementation & tests of projects requests (feature introduction, HW addition, …)
4. Execution of Non regression tests
Key Skills And Experience
Knowledge & Experience
1. Good understanding of RAN data model Nokia
2. Template management
3. Hardware configurations
4. Sites integration troubleshooting
5. SCF validation
Good to have experience on:
1. Notepad++
2. Excel (formula and data correlation)
3. XML editor
4. Some sort of programming experience (VB, C+, SQL, Perl, xpath, etc)
5. WinSCP
Experience with Nokia tools:
1. CM Editor
2. CM Operations Manager
3. CM Advanced Configurator
4. CM Analyser
5. Working Set Manager
6. Web Element Manager (WEM)
7. iDCM / ACFE / other databuild tools
