We’re looking for a Growth Operations Specialist to support our sales and business development efforts, ensuring a smooth and structured approach to lead generation, sales pipeline management, reporting, and business operations. If you love organizing processes, optimizing workflows, and providing insights that drive business growth, this role might be the perfect fit for you!
What You’ll Be Doing:
Sales & Business Development Support
* Own and manage the early stages of the sales and business development funnel—from qualifying inbound and outbound leads to ensuring seamless handovers to the sales team.
* Research and map potential customers, analyzing industries and market trends to identify high-value opportunities.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM, tracking interactions, opportunities, and follow-ups.
* Assist in Marketing & Acquisition Campaigns by tracking lead generation and campaign performance as well as help manage multi-channel outreach efforts (LinkedIn, email, events, etc.).
* Help with Account Management & Client Engagement, onboarding new clients and tracking their engagement.
Reporting & Insights
* Build and maintain sales and business reports, tracking key metrics such as conversion rates, lead quality, and pipeline performance.
* Provide insights that help optimize our outreach strategy, improving efficiency and effectiveness.
* Work closely with leadership to refine sales targets and forecast revenue trends.
Process Optimization & Operations
* Identify bottlenecks in our processes and suggest ways to improve efficiency.
* Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and engineering teams to ensure smooth communication and alignment across departments.
* Assist in tool and system improvements, ensuring our sales and business processes are scalable and well-documented.
Skills and Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
* +1 year of experience in sales/business operations, revenue operations, business development support, or a related field.
* Strong analytical mindset—comfortable working with data to derive insights and optimize sales processes.
* Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent).
* Great attention to detail—you enjoy keeping things structured and organized.
* Proactive and solution-oriented—you don’t just flag problems; you propose solutions.
* Familiarity with cloud-native technologies, DevOps, or AI-driven solutions is a plus, but not mandatory.
* Strong communication skills in English.
