Job Description
You will be integrated in our internal team that supports the EPPM tool (Enterprise Project and Portfolio Management) used in our division and as such you will have the opportunity to work on our day to day operations. Your main responsibility will be to support all areas involved in the project, portfolio and resource management within Home Comfort Group (HC). You will contact end-users from all HC location world wide and support the further development of the tool.
Your contribution to something big:
1. Provide support to end user of the EPPM tool software;
2. Support with the EPPM admin tasks;
3. Be involved in the requirements process for tool enhancement;
4. Give support with testing and solving issues.
Qualifications
What distinguishes you:
5. Dynamic and proactive attitude, result oriented and good communication skills;
6. Structured and Analytical way of working;
7. Fluent in English and Portuguese;
8. Basic knowledge of programming would be beneficial;
9. Project management basic knowledge is valued;
10. MS Office user proficient knowledge (Excel, Powerpoint,...).
