We are looking for an Technical Product Owner
Responsabilities:
* Work closely with Product Owners to support the definition of requirements and user stories.
* Work with the development teams to design technical solutions that support the business requirements.
* Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, development teams, and QA teams.
* Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives within an Agile environment.
* Communicate clearly and effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Provide regular status updates and reports on project progress, risks, and issues.
* Manage the development team's backlog by refining and prioritizing items.
* Support roadmap and capacity planning.
* Identify and analyze problems and issues that may affect the successful adoption of solutions.
* Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the final deliverables.
* Recurrently share initiatives progress status with multiple stakeholders.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 5 years of professional technical experience building and operating software products.
* Experience using a project tracking tool (e.g.: JIRA).
* Experience using a collaborative tool (e.g.: Confluence).
* Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to understand the "big picture" and pay attention to detail.
* Exhibit an ability to think and understand systems from both functional and technical perspective and plan strategically.
* Experience in communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
* Strong partnering skills and ability to work within a collaborative team environment.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills.
* Professional English proficiency (written and spoken).
* Experience as a Solution Architect or other technical lead role in products with many components and teams (Plus).
* Experience of working in a fast-paced multidisciplinary team in which you have been successfully able to change your delivery focus rapidly and regularly when needed (Plus).
* Experience working as Technical Product Owner with development teams (Plus).
* Experience working in an Agile setting, writing User Stories, User Story Mapping and working in an agile tool (Jira or similar) (Plus).
