Requirements:At least 4 years of experience in related positions.Acts as Service Logistics Escalation point of contact for any operational escalations and expert of Logistics & OM tools and processes including Business Continuity Plan (BCP).Oversee Backlog end to end management and ensure regional operational metrics.Drive Service Delivery improvements with corrective plan and measurement.Identify main trends in operational metrics and proactively collaborate and achieve improvement.Run operational reporting to tailor to various business requirements by combining logic exhibit in-depth analytical and program management skills for problem resolution.Identify root cause & corrective action on Customer escalations in collaboration and coordinating with internal stakeholders and cross functional teams to implement various project improvement methods.Fluent English.Arabic is a plus.
