Key Responsibilities:
* Scale Amazon Operations: Collaborate with leadership to provide strategic insights and growth options, guiding the team to optimize the brand's Amazon presence.
* Audit Amazon Account: Conduct an in-depth analysis of the brand's Amazon account, presenting a detailed report and actionable strategies to strengthen its marketplace position.
* Evaluate PPC Campaigns: Assess the performance of PPC campaigns and SEO efforts, identifying optimization opportunities and providing data-driven insights.
* List Optimization: Lead listing optimization efforts for key products, focusing on establishing and scaling the brand's top 5 items in global markets.
* Team Management: Manage a small team (3-4 members), overseeing tasks, giving feedback, and holding bi-weekly strategy meetings with leadership.
* Growth Strategy: Develop and implement promotional strategies to boost conversion rates and brand visibility, using advanced sales strategies and analytical skills.
* Market Analysis: Regularly analyze market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activities, informing strategic decision-making.
* Inventory Management: Align inventory levels with marketing efforts, working closely with the supply chain team.
* Reporting: Provide regular, detailed reports on product performance metrics and suggest actionable improvements.
Qualifications:
* Amazon Experience: 4+ years of Amazon experience, including Amazon brand management experience, with expertise in high-level strategic guidance, analytical evaluation, and global market scaling.
* Amazon Fundamentals: Strong knowledge of Amazon fundamentals: listing creation, optimization, keyword research, and Amazon advertising.
* Tool Proficiency: Proficiency with tools like Helium 10 and Sellertools, as well as advanced Excel skills and familiarity with dashboards and tracking tools.
* Project Management: Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
* Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Team Collaboration: Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
