Tasks
* Manage service operations, including service element management, catalog maintenance, and escalations, ensuring business needs are met.
* Implement and oversee process standards, performance indicators, and policies.
* Optimize service management frameworks and support multi-vendor environments.
* Contribute to planning, budgeting, and aligning IT service management processes with business goals.
* Advise business management on IT services and solutions, ensuring customization and lifecycle management.
* Maintain the service catalog and ensure data security protocols are followed.
* Coordinate tests, manage infrastructure installations, updates, and change-release processes.
* Resolve IT service issues and provide 2nd-level user support, including coaching and training.
* Implement knowledge management practices and stay updated on IT industry trends.
Requirements
* A minimum of 3 years of experience in IT Service Management.
* Strong knowledge of infrastructure, applications, and PC hardware lifecycle management.
* Fluency in English is mandatory.
