SAP SuccessFactors (EC with Compensation Module) Consultant
We are looking for a skilled SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with expertise in the EC with Compensation Module to join our project team.
Key Responsibilities:
* 3+ years of experience as a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant EC with Compensation Module;
* Perform detailed design of all requirements for physical separation, focusing on the Compensation Module using a clone and clean approach;
* During the Build phase, perform necessary configuration activities;
* Autonomously organize, manage, and execute project testing (Non-Regression Tests, Regression Tests, System Integration Tests, and User Acceptance Tests);
* Prepare cut-over activities and deploy changes to Production;
* Manage documentation (Global Solution Design Documents, Configuration Manual, Workbooks, End User Training materials, and Testing Documentation);
* Conduct Knowledge Transfer and End User Training sessions;
* Fluent in English.
