Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at Publicis Groupe.
Key Responsibilities:
* Website Management: Update and manage the back-office system, ensuring the website is current, functional, and user-friendly.
* Digital Asset Creation: Manage with the agency the development and adaptation of digital assets, including graphics, banners, and multimedia content, to support marketing campaigns and business objectives.
* Copywriting & Translation: Write, edit, and translate content for various campaigns and digital platforms, ensuring all materials align with the company's tone and style guidelines.
* Social Media Management: Create localized content plans across various social media channels, manage online community engagement, respond to comments and inquiries, and monitor social media performance.
* Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Build and maintain a comprehensive local customer database, collect and analyze customer data to design and implement effective CRM strategies aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in website management and digital marketing.
* Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
* Proficiency in social media platforms and community management.
* Experience with CRM tools and strategies.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills.
* Fluency in English and Portuguese.
