As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for all the marketing activities across the different channels.
What you will be doing:Strategic thinking and planning - design and deploy marketing plan keeping the category's objectives in cognizance.Nurturing the Lenovo brand and its presence in key segments - create a comprehensive marketing mix that addresses long-term goals to build a distinctive brand and short-term demand generation objectives.Plan and execution of co-marketing tactics with our retail/ E-tail partners, develop and find retail & E-tail opportunities.Close collaboration with other Lenovo teams across EMEA to develop the marketing strategy in consistency with the Lenovo strategy.Create local go-to-market campaigns, ensuring added value to the business, Lenovo, and alliances budget management.Ensuring a strong presence in stores by developing POS assets, implementing ePOS, and branded areas.Execution & support on retail/Consumer oriented events, agencies & external stakeholders coordination connected with the measurement of marketing tactics, assessment against goals (ROI and KPIs).Work with the PR teams to achieve Lenovo brand objectives - support media relations, events development/execution and social media strategy implementation.Development and execution of digital/offline media campaigns.Job Requirements / What skills and experience should you have:Bachelor's or master's Degree in Marketing or Business.5+ years of marketing experience (consumer marketing is an advantage).B2C and B2B experience.Experience in the technology industry is an advantage, but not a must.Digital marketing skills & experience are a significant advantage.PR and Events experience is an advantage.Fluency in Business English.What We Will Offer You:An open and stimulating environment within one of the most forward-thinking IT companies.Flat structures and fast decision-making processes.An international team with a high focus on diversity.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any federal, state, or local protected class.
