Position Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Manager to integrate our IT consultancy team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT consultancy or related fields, with proven experience in business development, client relationship management, and operational excellence.

Master's degree preferred.5+ years of experience in a managerial role within an IT consultancy or similar environment.Strong understanding of IT services, project management methodologies, and software development processes.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Fluent Portuguese and English are mandatory.
