We are looking for a BIM Manager to join our Lisbon Team.
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Lead the implementation of BIM processes on projects, ensuring consistency and adherence to standards.
* Collaborate with project teams to define BIM project requirements and deliverables.
* Conduct regular model audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with standards.
* Facilitate coordination meetings to resolve clashes and ensure seamless collaboration among disciplines.
* Provide technical support to project teams and troubleshoot BIM-related issues.
* Stay informed about industry trends, advancements, and best practices in BIM.
* Contribute to the development and improvement of the organization's BIM standards and procedures.
Essential skills/Required Experience:
* Proven experience in a BIM management role, preferably in architectural projects.
* Demonstrated expertise in Autodesk REVIT and Navisworks.
* Strong understanding of clash detection methodologies and best practices.
* Experience in developing and managing BIM libraries and families.
* Track record of successfully leading and developing BIM teams.
* Autodesk Certified Professional in REVIT or similar certifications.
* Good interpersonal and communication skills.
* Fluent in English and Portuguese.
