Job Description:
WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON:
1. Drive and support API integrations with international payment systems
2. Communicate with external providers to ensure deliverables and troubleshoot issues
3. Analyze key business metrics to improve monetization and customer retention
4. Generate ideas and transform them into thoughtful concepts
5. Unit operational life organization, tasks deadline control, people management
6. Merchant technical onboarding support
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:
1. At least 4-5 years of proven experience in product management with a focus on payment gateway solutions
2. In-depth knowledge of payment gateway technologies, industry standards, security protocols, fintech industry trends
3. Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing product life cycles
4. Demonstrated success in leading and developing high-performing teams
5. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
6. Excellent communication and presentation skills
7. Bachelor's or master's degree in business, finance, or a related field
8. English language skills at B1-B2 level and fluent Russian language
